Kim Fisher, president of Master & Associates, is a personal and business coach with more than 20 years of experience in training, management, financial consulting and leadership development.

Believing that each person is uniquely created, Kim has a passion for motivating people to discover and pursue their personal and professional mission, values and goals. Kim's practical coaching approach helps her clients develop and attain realistic goals that result in increased life purpose, satisfaction and fulfillment.

Kim has worked in the for profit, non-profit and educational arenas at the director level in the areas of training, marketing, business development and quality assurance. She has created and implemented management coaching, leadership development, and staff training programs. Kim is also an expert trainer and presenter and has conducted hundreds of seminars on money management, leadership, communication skills, and practical spirituality both in the United States and Europe.

Kim received her coaching certificate from the Institute for Life Coach Training. She earned degrees in Psychology and Business from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She holds a counseling certificate and is a member of the International Coaching Federation and the Christian Coaches Network. She lives in San Mateo, CA.
